01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Jkr88 reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm member eligibility. Accounts that fail to complete the identity verification (KYC) process may be suspended until the required documents are submitted in full and to our satisfaction.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each prospective member is only permitted to have one account only on the jkr88 platform. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a valid bank account number. All this information is used for identity verification and payment processing purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. jkr88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, please contact our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

04 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Jkr88 accepts deposits via various approved payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfer and supported e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden fees or currency conversion charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after a transaction is successfully processed. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of payment for prompt resolution.

The following conditions apply to fund withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• The KYC verification process must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours on business days.

05 Bonus & Promotion Rules

Jkr88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms on the Promotions.

The general rules applicable to all jkr88 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
